Bobby LeMaire
Owner & Chief Executive Officer of PGW Solutions

Bobby LeMaire founded PGW Solutions in 2016 with a simple goal: to help companies be more energy efficient. His amalgamation of 15+ years of working experience and expertise was the foundation set for PGW Solutions, an organization that grew from serving primarily local projects to now nationwide companies and their facilities.
As a native Houstonian, Bobby was raised in a business-forward environment and always had his sights set on owning his own business. He attended Sam Houston State University, where he graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing. Since then, Bobby has worked in roles of varying positions, from sales representative to owner and founder. A notable experience he has held is serving as a missions infrastructure Expeditor in Iraq and Afghanistan for four years, a position reserved for those with extensive experience and knowledge in expediting mission-critical equipment and material and requiring his presence on the battlefield.
Now, as the CEO, Bobby runs the day-to-day operations and manages all of PGW Solutions’ biggest clients. He finds inspiration in Grant Cardone, who taught him “to grind and hustle every single day to make it happen because no one else is going to do it for you,” and dedicates great energy to accomplish his main goals for the next five years: to help as many companies as possible to achieve their energy goals and to be known as the #1 company when it comes to sustainability, facility resiliency, and operational efficiency.
