Bobby LeMaire founded PGW Solutions in 2016 with a simple goal: to help companies be more energy efficient. His amalgamation of 15+ years of working experience and expertise was the foundation set for PGW Solutions, an organization that grew from serving primarily local projects to now nationwide companies and their facilities.
As a native Houstonian, Bobby was raised in a business-forward environment and always had his sights set on owning his own business. He attended Sam Houston State University, where he graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing. Since then, Bobby has worked in roles of varying positions, from sales representative to owner and founder. A notable experience he has held is serving as a missions infrastructure Expeditor in Iraq and Afghanistan for four years, a position reserved for those with extensive experience and knowledge in expediting mission-critical equipment and material and requiring his presence on the battlefield.
Now, as the CEO, Bobby runs the day-to-day operations and manages all of PGW Solutions’ biggest clients. He finds inspiration in Grant Cardone, who taught him “to grind and hustle every single day to make it happen because no one else is going to do it for you,” and dedicates great energy to accomplish his main goals for the next five years: to help as many companies as possible to achieve their energy goals and to be known as the #1 company when it comes to sustainability, facility resiliency, and operational efficiency.
James Burns

James Burns has been an integral member of the PGW Solutions team since September 2021. With his 20+ years of expertise in business and product development, Burns is an energy architect who has helped PGW Solutions grow to promote optimal energy efficiency and cost savings to top companies in manufacturing, healthcare, semiconductors, food and beverage, institutional, and many other business sectors.
Born in Waco and raised in Houston, Burns has always been passionate about growing business through strategy and product development and finding unique approaches to help his customers achieve their objectives. He graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and has dedicated his career to creating and developing businesses in a variety of industries, holding positions such as Manager, Director, and Vice President. His present-day goal is to help businesses reach their operational, cost reduction, and sustainability commitments by converting to a more efficient way of operating.

Brandon Welch
Chief Financial Officer

Brandon Welch has been a key member of the PGW Solutions team since February 2022. With his 20+ years of expertise in finance and business growth modeling, Welch is focused on the financial aspect of helping PGW Solutions and their customers to efficiently grow together, while leveling and reducing costs through tax incentives and utility savings to top companies in utility and energy, multi-family housing, manufacturing, data centers, automotive and fleet, food and beverage, and many other business sectors.
Born and raised in Houston, TX, Brandon has always been driven by numbers. He utilizes that data to help drive business decisions and support sales through research and modeling. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics then completed his Master’s of Business Administration in Finance, from the University of Houston, Bauer College of Business. Brandon has dedicated his career to supporting and leading businesses in various industries as Manager, Director, and Chief Financial Officer. His present-day goal is to help businesses understand and rein in the costs related to operations, environmental, social, and governance (ESG), implement data-driven results to optimize performance, and lead them on a path to being good corporate citizens.
